I’m selling my 2002 after having a serious bond. We are leaving state, and wont have enough time to take it beside me and continue my slow project. This BMW can be a restoration candidate if a person would like to consider it on. I’ve cared well just for this vehicle and am seeking to install it in a good home. Exterior: White, has been repainted ahead of my ownership but will (obviously) require more paint and bodywork. As much as I will tell, all rust spots tend not to penetrate through, and may tidy up nicely for restoration. No accidents, all original. Wheels are aftermarket, I really do have the original if you’d like/ask them. Interior: Tan, front seats have tears and carpet is destroyed. Will need full restoration on seats and carpet. Dash is cracked, astonish. Comes with Nardi steeling wheel as pictured, I don’t hold the original wheel. Drivetrain: Original engine and transmission. Engine was rebuilt prior to my ownership, and it is very clean. I now notice some oil leaks with the valve cover and timing cover. The engine is running rough and certain wants a small tune-up available as sparks, wires, and perhaps a fresh coil. I installed a Tii mechanical distributer once i purchased. I recently replaced the main Solex carb with a Weber K909 single barrel. The Solex started to leak fuel, along with the Weber is just a stop gap before the Solex may be repaired. Car include both carbs. Transmission is effective, no hassle. I’ve all records on this car going back its original owner and sticker in 1969. Has original black plates (and not the new fakes one out of CA). Also i have a lot of extra parts and will be prepared to sell them within an extra expense if interested. 1969 BMW 2002 condition: good cylinders: 4 cylinders drive: rwd fuel: gas paint color: white size: compact title status: clean transmission: manual type: coupe price: $8000.
